Infinity Partners manages a consortia dedicated to divesting loan guarantee subsidiaries/affiliated companies from regional financial institutions by establishing a nation-wide home loan guarantee company with the full backing of the Japanese regulatory authorities (FSA) with whom initial discussions have occurred and who have indicated that they would fully endorse and support this programme. The Home loan guarantee business has a total market size of around US$2 trillion and annual new lending was around US$200 billion.
