Restructuring of the Japanese Tertiary Sector (Public-Private-Partnerships)

As part of the second phase of restructuring of the Japanese financial sector, we are active in the acquisition and turnaround of assets and entities within the formerly Public–Private–Partnership (PPP) sector run by municipalities-through privatization or enhancement and optimisationof PPP / PFI programmes. The application of capital can take various forms but programmes are underwritten by the relevant government authority. Opportunities include transportation, real estate, services and provision of local facilities.
